Hey, I'm Max, I am our Director of Social Media Marketing. I have lost over 200 pounds and show the challenges and obstacles I face on my weight loss journey to inspire millions of people through social media. All I want to do is help people. It is why I was put on this earth. It is what gives me purpose and drive in life. I want to help students tell their story just like I have with mine.

As VP of College & University Relations at SteppingStone, I’m excited to introduce Stella, the future of Career Services Assistants, designed to enhance and modernize how colleges and universities nationwide support their students. Before joining SteppingStone, I spent years fine-tuning my HR skills and building a college hire program, which fueled my passion for launching young talent into successful careers. Let’s face it—finding the right fit can be challenging for both candidates and employers, but with Stella and our efforts, we’re making the process smoother, more meaningful, and ultimately more rewarding for everyone involved.
Outside of work, I enjoy creating memories with family and friends, often finding peace while soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. Whether it's time spent by the lake or simply being outside, these moments remind me that nurturing the next generation of professionals is much like tending a garden—it requires care, patience, and the right environment for growth.
